What should I know about Water Sports Pucon?
Pucón is widely considered to be one of the top water sport activities in all of Chile. Sitting in the heart of the Andes Mountains and surrounded by numerous lakes and rivers, it’s not hard to see why.
The majority of white water rafting that can be done near Pucón happens on the Trancora River, which boasts numerous different rapids and tributaries, making it perfect for both families with young children and adrenaline seekers alike.
Situated within easy driving distance of seven different lakes, there are plenty of great options for kayaking as well.
Along with kayaking and rafting, canyoning is another major attraction for adventure seekers and families alike. Avid explorers who want to get their adrenaline pumping can head to either the Nevado canyon or the Pillan canyon for an intense day of climbing, zip lining, jumping, swimming and hiking fun.
