What should I know about Via Ferrata Val di Fassa?
Some great via ferrata to check out in the area include the Marmolada west-ridge via ferrata. This was one of the first via ferrata built in the area and it takes you high into the mountains where you’ll encounter glaciers. The Bepi Zac route in the San Pellegrino Pass is perfect for beginners, you also get great views of the Marmolada from here. For a via ferrata that’s suitable for the whole family, Rodella is a great option.

Since Renato could not confirm our trip, his son Etienne (who is also a mountain guide) did a perfect job guiding us firstly on Via Ferratas and going all the way up to a pure rock climbing on the last day. We have gained exactly what we've wanted from this trip and thanks to Etienne - even more! Etienne showed himself as a professional guide, who truly knows the mountain, who is able to quickly evaluate his client's capabilities and suggest appropriate routes in order to enhance the excitement, and who is willing to share his experience and knowledge to increase your degree of immersion!
