2 days to climb Zinalrothorn, one of the 4000m peaks of the Pennine Alps in Switzerland, with Yann or another local IFMGA mountain guide of his team.

Alps

2 Days

Jun - Sep

Description

A compact rock, a beautiful and varied climb, aerial passages, a snowy ridge. This is essentially what the North ridge of Zinalrothorn (4221m) has to offer. Come to this summit of the Pennine Alps near Zermatt.

It's a comprehending and demanding race, which takes places within the mythical imperial crown. This includes the 4 other 4000m of Valais: Weisshorn (4505m), Ober Gabelhorn (4063m), Cervin or Matterhorn (4478m) and Dent Blanche (4356m). I can also guide you on these beautiful mountains.

You will remember forever the famous passage of the razor over Zinalrothorn!

For further details, you can check the 2-day itinerary below this description.

If you have a very good mountain technique and are in excellent physical shape, it's possible to consider making the North Ridge of Rothorngrat crossing.

I will take only one person with me. If you are more, one or more UIAGM guides from my team can join us.

Are you interested in this beautiful trip or another one in the Pennine Alps? Then send me a request! I would love guiding you up there. If I am not available, another guide from the team will take you there.

In case you are seeking other mountain trips in the area, you can consider this 2-day ascent to Weissmies.

Mountain Guide

Attracted by the mountains since childhood, I started with climbing and alpinism. I then discovered my passion for ski touring.
I started a Young&Sport instructor training to lead young people in the mountain, accompanied by guides. This experience inspired me to become a mountain guide, and I got certified in September 2015.
I work in a guide's office with other guides friends as Stéphane, Raphael, Christian and Jean-Luc, mountain leader.
What I love the most: make people enjoy, allow them to discover a region, laughing, everything in a safe way.
So if there's something you wish, if you dream of exploring a region or country, don't hesitate to contact me.
See you soon for new discoveries!

What people are saying about Yann

2 jours fantastiques, avec un guide qui ressent bien jusqu'ou il peut pousser ses clients, qui explique beaucoup sur les techniques et la lecture du terrain (un grand plus!), et qui de plus est très sympa. A refaire chaque année! Bruno, Renaud et Mathieu

I often ski with Stephane. He is a very nice guide with a very good knowledge about security. He is always looking for the best spots which will combine excellent snow and safe conditions. He is very communicative and friendly.

Alexander

Yann is a Young, Energetic and Experienced mountain guide. We have been Touring for 4 days in the Jungfrau Region with very mixed weather conditions. Yann showed me his abilities to lead under very tough weather conditions. Although always looking for Adventure and Challenges, even under the tough weather conditions, he proved his experienced as a guide and knowledge of the region. Safety is always first and from there we strive for our limits. We had an amazing 4-days and future adventures with Yann have already been discussed! Definitely the guide i want to rely on high up the mountains!

Once again it was a great experience and I was so happy to do it with Yann. It was only myself this time and we did a 3-day tour, came back on Saturday evening completely exhausted (which is a good sign!). This time he really challenged me and that's also what i was looking for. the first 4000m peak was climbed and it definitely taste to much more! The area is so impressive and spectacular!
