Wildspitze guided ascent, North Tyrol

Would you like to climb the highest mountain in North Tyrol? Then join me on this ascent to the Wildspitze (3.768 m) and enjoy a spectacular view from its summit!

The Wildspitze is the highest point in the Ötztal Alps, so it has an impressive view of the surrounding glaciers.

I will guide you to the top through a light glacier tour and we will spend a great time! Then, once at the summit, we will be able to see a huge summit cross, erected in 1933. Besides, we will enjoy a magnificent panoramic view!

The sight from the top is only limited by the curvature of the Earth. It  reaches from the Bernese Alps in the west to the Schober Group in the east. Also, the Wildspitze has twin peaks: The north summit (3,765 m) and the slightly higher and rocky south summit (3768 m).

The Breslauer Hut and the Vernagt Hut are the starting points for this tour. They’re also ideal for multi-day trips.
