Vallee de la Mongie Intro to Big Wall Rock Climbing

During spring or summer, I invite you to join me to the Vallee de la Mongie, in the French Pyrenees, for a fun initiation to big wall rock climbing. In particular, we will be at the Garotte site. 

This program is ideal fr a first approach to rock climbing. During the activity you will learn how to get roped, get assured and start climbing. The routes are perfectly adapted and safe.

Young and older, men and women, sporty or sedentary, in any case you are welcome! The terrain is apt for different levels, so don’t think that you will get bored if you already have some climbing experience. The Garotte site offers routes with difficulties ranging from 4 to 6c. Therefore, you can learns and also go for more difficult routes.

The walls are 10-20 meters high. A reasonable altitude to generate excitement but learn in all safety at the same time.

I propose a half-day program (approximately 3 hours climbing) to learn the basics in a beautiful and safe environment. This activity is for the whole family! In fact, children as young as 5 years old can join. Besides, the easy access makes it possible for grandparents to join as well. So it is an activity for the whole family!
