The Valgrisenche commune in the Aosta valley in the Alps of Italy is a magnificent area to see. However, it is an even better place to ski. And on this one day heliskiing trip, you will have the chance to enjoy a skiing experience you will never forget.
There are several long skiing routes in Valgrisenche that go back more than 30 years. The snow in the area is also plentiful and perfect for skiing. And heliskiing just opens up even more of this spectacular area.
Each spot we can choose from will include not only beautiful snow, but also an array of descents, bowls, glaciers, glades and couloirs. Also, because our guides have a great deal of experience of selecting the perfect spots in Valgrisenche we will help you find the right spot for you based on a number of factors. Those factors include snow conditions, weather conditions, as well as your skiing level and desires. And because the groups are small, and come at a maximum of 4 people, there is less waiting time to enjoy runs. And because we use smaller helicopters, we are able to reach deeper and further parts within the beautiful Valgrisenche area as well.
In order to participate in this trip, you should be in good physical condition, and have some prior off-piste skiing experience. The reason being typically participants get to enjoy upwards of 2,500 vertical metres of skiing in a day.
If you have always wanted to try heliskiing, then this is the trip for you. And the Valgrisenche area of the Aosta Valley in the Alps of Italy is definitely the place to do it. So send us a request, and we'll see to it you have an amazing adventure.
We also offer a 3 day heliskiing trip in Valgrisenche as well.

It was just amazing. The guide was both fun and serious. Reassuring and very competent. The helicopter company was great too and the pilot (Alessandro) was super fast.
Amazing experience ! Very nice guide, focused on security and carring his clients
Just have to say what an excellent week I had in Val Formazza last week with Heli Guides. Our guide Alberto was great and was able to find us great lines to ski as well as being great company and possessing a great nose for a fine bottle of wine. The hotel we stayed in - the Walser Schtuba - was great with comfortable rooms and top notch meals and wine. You could not ask for more after a great days skiing than to come back and relax in this great hotel. I was most impressed with all aspects of Heli Guides / Guide Monterosa and there willingness to make your holiday truly memorable.
Thank you for a great heliski day!!
