For a full day, one of our experienced guides would like to take you on a multi-pitch rock climbing adventure near Phoenix, Arizona. And the place we will be climbing is the beautiful Tom’s Thumb rock formation.

Positioned high in the McDowell mountains, Tom’s Thumb is an amazing landmark, and along with the Pinnacle Peak it is one of the most well known in the range. Remote and quiet, you will have the chance to spend all day climbing this amazing rock formation. And when you reach the top of it, you will get to enjoy some incredible views. You will get to see the Verde valley, the Four peaks, the Red mountains and much more.

We will start the trip by hiking along the Tom’s Thumb trail. Along the trail you will get to enjoy the stunning scenery. And once we reach the rocks, we will gear up and start climbing.

This rock climbing adventure is not overly difficult. It is not reserved for experts. However, climbing multi-pitch routes is still demanding, regardless of how easy they may be. As a result, participants should be in good physical condition. Also, any past experience will be an advantage. But regardless of your experience level, you can rest assured that we will see to it you are properly and safely guided from start to finish. Moreover, we will also offer you as much helpful advice on proper climbing techniques as we can.
