We will start our trekking with light backpacks, crampons, lunch, clothes, insulation, daily and personal items for the trek (as the bags, tents, food for the trek, cooking utensils, and other items will be carried by our team to the first camp). The trail will take us through forests and peat bogs to the Esmeralda Lagoon and then continue ascending to the Ojo del Albino Glacier through rocky outcrops where we will have lunch. We will cross the glacier with our crampons and descend to the Beban valley to find our camp set up.

We were very pleased with our guides, and our overall experience. We were contacted two days before our trip and the team was very helpful getting us prepared. Transportation was a snap. Our guides, Sebastian and Marine, were kind, helpful, engaging and knowledgeable.

Sebastian was a great guide! We felt very safe and it was really fun getting to know him. We liked him so much we decided we would do a second trip while we are in town. If I ever come back to Ushuaia, I will definitely track him down for more trips

Marine was a really wonderful guide and she made the 3 day trek around Tierra del Fuego a great pleasure for us. She is very knowledgable and a very professional guide. Marine also helped us with renting clothes that we needed and went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we would need. I would definitely recommend this trek as well as Marine and Seba. Booking and paying through explore-share was also very easy and efficient. Thank you to all!
My friend and I went for a day backcountry skiing to Martial Galcier. We had a brilliant time, the guide was a champion!
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
