From canyons cut by ancient rivers to red rock formations that accompany meandering hiking paths, southern Utah has a special relationship with serenity. The region is known for its solitude and raw nature, and is a popular destination for just those reasons.
The Zion National Park is front and center in this scenery, nurturing its rare wildlife and plantlife to accompany the unbelievable geology. The park includes coniferous forests, woodlands, and desert life zones, providing a vast array of biodiversity. The park also harbors an immense human history that dates back as far as 8,000 years.
Our search for a perfect three-day hike ends here. We will explore this incredible park and its geoformations on foot, taking time to acknowledge our personal relationship with this land. Our trek will lead us to the rim of the Zion Canyon and its 2,200-foot views, and can even extend further to the 6,500-foot observation point that will certainly leave you speechless.
We have opportunities to pass through the Virgin River Narrows, pass the historic red rock and sandstone features of the area, and explore the nearby town of Springdale. The entire region is yours to explore, and each possibility has its own unique world of beauty.
Zion National Park offers an incredible chance to hike with a group and experience solitude at the same time. There will be other hikers in this popular destination, but you will still have up to an hour of time to contemplate your surroundings without other distractions.
Our basecamp will be set at the canyon floor, and we can enjoy home-cooked meals and fireside chats. The hike is a surreal experience that invites you to take part in the natural world unlike any other program.
This hike is not extremely difficult, but you should be comfortable hiking six to eight miles a day. A moderate level of fitness is necessary to take this trip.
This region is my home, and I would be happy to show you the Zion National Park and its surroundings like a local. Let me know what you had in mind for your hike and I will cater the program to your goals and abilities.
Book this three-day hike NOW and tour the peaceful Zion National Park in southern Utah!
I can also take you canyoning for a day in Moab! Or we can take an archaeology hike in Grand Gulch!

Guide cancelled within 48 hrs and I was unable to find someone else and so far I’ve not been refunded. Put a small dent in my otherwise great trip to Revelstoke.

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
