Throughout this adventure, we will explore 3 different mountainous regions of Ecuador. Those regions include Cotopaxi, Quilotoa and Chimborazo. Each one of the regions offers its own unique set of highlights, viewpoints and experiences. Furthermore, in these regions you will get to see some of the most famous volcanoes along the famed Avenida de los Volcanes, including Cotopaxi and the country’s highest peak: Chimborazo. Other great highlights include a number of stunning waterfalls.
Another great highlight of this trip is you’ll be taking an unforgettable ride to the Devil’s nose on a refurbished train, before returning to Quito, which you will also get to explore
Finally, the haciendas and lodges you will be occupying during the evenings are quite comfortable. Thus providing you with a great place to rest and relax, which will prepare you for the following day’s trekking. The night time views you will get to enjoy are great as well.
While this is not a technically difficult trip, there is a lot of hiking involved. As a result, participants on this trip should be in good physical condition.
Exploring the volcanic areas of Ecuador is a dream come true for adventurous people. To experience that journey for 11 days all you have to do is send a request. I look forward to guiding you.
I also offer a 13-day expedition that will take you to a number of Ecuadorian Volcanoes as well.
