4-day Sport climbing course near Madrid – La Pedriza, Cuenca, Patones, Sierra de Gredos, Ayna

In addition to its historical and cultural attractions, Madrid offers a massive variety of opportunities for outdoor activities. On this 4-day course, we can discover some of its most amazing sport climbing spots. Join me and spend 4 unforgettable days in a campervan.

These are our options:

• La Pedriza.  Located just north of Manzanares El Real, it offers several granite slabs with single and multi-pitch routes.

• Cuenca. Standing just 2 hours from Madrid, this old limestone rock is home to exciting routes, especially for advanced climbers.

• Patones. With around 800 routes spread over 5 main crags, this impressive limestone formation is located near the village of Torrelaguna.

• Sierra de Gredos. Stretching for around 140km to the west of Madrid, the climbing here is dominated by over-2,000m granite spires.

• Ayna. This beautiful canyon town 3 hours from Madrid, is a magnificent place to climb surrounded by the Sierra del Segura.

Keep in mind that I can pick you up at the airport or any point away from the urban centers. We will choose the itinerary according to your skills and the weather conditions. No matter your rock climbing level, I’ll find the perfect crags for you!
