If you want to live an experience that combines skiing and sailing in a paradise destination, I have the perfect tour for you!
Join me on this 7-day skiing and sailing adventure in the fjords of northwestern Iceland!
We depart from Isafjordur, in western Iceland, aboard the sailboat Aurora Arktika. We will sail through the Arctic Ocean to Iceland’s northwestern peninsula, away from the crowds. This is one of the most beautiful areas in the country and the only way to get here is by boat. Its mountains, fjords and bays will leave you in awe! It is probably the quietest landscape you will ever visit.
The skiing terrain is very versatile: it will be fun for beginners as well as for experts. Our guides are always discovering new descents: you will ski on slopes that have never been skied on before. We can also get quite close to the fauna that lives in the region: seals, foxes, swans and another 50 varieties of birds.
You’ll spend the first night in a hotel in Reykjavík. The next day you will fly to Isafjordur and meet us at the Port. We will set up and board the Aurora Arktika.
The following five days are for sailing and skiing in the fjords. You will also have the opportunity to practice kayaking or paddleboarding. At the end of each day, the Aurora Arktika will be waiting for us with excellent food and warm and comfortable beds.
So, if you are interested in a great skiing and sailing adventure in Iceland, I invite you to contact me. I will be glad to guide you to discover this wonderful and completely off-the-beaten-path region!
You have to spend the night in Reykjavik.
Flight from Reykjavik to Isafjordur. We meet at the Port and we board the Aurora Artika. Sailing begins.
Five days of sailing and skiing. The last day we go back to the Port of Isafjordur and we spend the night aboard Arktika.
Return flights to Reykjavic and Switzerland

Mountain Leader
UIAGM/IFMGA Mountain Guide since 2003
The mountain brought us together in the 90's and currently it also brings us together with my guide friends: Stéphane, Christian and Jean Luc, who is mountain leader.
Our passion has allowed us to do a great job: being mountain guides.
After having guided for over 10 years in Verbier, we decided to establish a guide's office that allows us to sell trips, ski touring days, heliskiing here and elsewhere, mountaineering, and all those things that are possible to do with a mountain guide.
We are also colleagues in the specialized team of rescuers "Maison FXB Rescue" and it is with pleasure that we offer advanced training courses, avalanche courses, crevasse rescue, the management of injured people…
From all this, the main objective is to enjoy as much time as we can in the mountain with you in the most beautiful places in the world with a single slogan: “Safety!”
It will be a pleasure to share a moment with you!

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. The multi-pitch route we did was not only fun but also the right amount of challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The communication from the team (Gauthier) was prompt and clear—highly recommend!

Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area. The weather was perfect, no direct sun and cool enough to enjoy the climbs. Explore-Share made booking an outdoor climbing experience in Lisbon extremely easy. Luis, our guide, was fantastic, and the platform’s organization was flawless.

We had Léo as a guide for our day climb in Fonty. We were blessed with a knowledgeable, warm, and instructive guide. Communication with Léo and Ivan was smooth and swift. Explore-Share was excellent in arranging everything for our day climb. The communication was quick, and the platform was easy to use, making our adventure stress-free.

Patrick was a great guide. He took us on an intermediate Via Ferrata at Passo Sella. Renato was quick to respond with any outreach on the Explore-Share platform. The booking process was straightforward, and once Patrick was confirmed, all went well. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend the platform.
