I will take you on this fun and challenging 1+ day course of ski lessons for intermediate and advanced skiers, where we will ski around some of the most picturesque, and idyllic scenery in Europe, focusing on moguls, trees, easy terrain park, powder or carving on intermediate terrain, all in the world famous and astonishing Dolomites mountain range in Italy.
The Dolomites mountain range are renowned the world over for their excellent skiing conditions, as well as the range of other outdoor activities on offer, and they are labelled a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There are 12 main ski resorts that make up the Dolomiti Superski Area; Cortina D’Ampezzo, Kronplatz, Alta Badia, Val Gardena/Seiser Alm, Val di Fassa/Carezza, Arrabba/Marmolada, 3 Zinnen Dolomites, Val di Fiemme/Obereggen, San Martino di Castrozza/Rolle Pass, Gitschberg Jochtal-Brixen, Alpe Lusia/San Pellegrino and Civetta.
It’s hard to overstate how beautiful the surroundings are, as pretty alpine forests frame the resorts, with the numerous snow-capped peaks looming large above.
I am a local to this area and an internationally certified ski instructor, and I will be more than happy to take you and your group to some of my favourite spots around. As this is for intermediate and advanced skiers, and not beginners, we are able to go a bit more off the beaten path and explore some of the more challenging and testing terrains on offer. You’ll also get the chance to improve your style and technique.
At the end hopefully we will have enticed you to explore more of this marvelous region, and also helped improve you skiing a bit.
Skiing around the Dolomites is something everyone should experience – book now to give it a go!

Mountain Guide
Hi! I'm Renato, IFMGA guide from the Dolomites, and I work together with my colleagues Robert, Patrick & Walter (German speaking), Paolo, Matteo, Davide, Giorgia and Luca.
If I'm not available to guide you, one of them will take care of you.
I was born in 1961, I live in Campitello di Fassa, in the Dolomites, together with my family. I have two sons, one is a mountain guide, the other is a ski instructor. I am a certified mountain guide since 1982, an instructor of guides, alpine ski instructor and a Federal coach for ISEF.
Being in the mountains has always been my passion, guiding people, teaching them climbing, mountaineering... during the various seasons of the year. I very much enjoy drawing nice curves in fresh powder snow and discover the charm of the frozen waterfalls.
My curriculum and professional mountaineering is made of many ascents and some openings of routes in the Dolomites and the Alps. I climbed in Yosemite Valley (California), Ben Nevis (Scotland) and Norway, Greece, Spain and Sardinia. I did also several high altitude climbs like Mt Denali (Alaska), Ama Dablam (6828m), Cho Oyu (8201m), Manaslu (8163m), Shivling in India (6545m), Cotopaxi and Chimborazo in Ecuador (5897m and 6310m), Patagonia (Argentina).
Feel free to get in touch with me if you are coming in the Dolomites for skiing (alpine, freeride and ski touring), rock climbing, sport climbing and multi pitch climbing. It will be my pleasure to guide you here and let you discover my secret spots.
