Emphasis on reviewing and introducing skills for people who want to lead climb at the crags. We will discuss leading techniques, belaying techniques, setting up top rope anchors and how to clean them safely, rappelling, proper communication and of course do some climbing. This is a great course for the first time outside leading climber or as an early season refresher.
The 2 last days will permit us to focus on traditional style climbing. Introducing gear placements, anchor building and doing some traditional leads with instructor feed back. The 4th day we will go climb a multi-pitch traditional route.
More info
For the multi pitch day, the guide ratio is 2:1.
