Are you up for a completely different snowboarding trip? Then join me for a half-day outing in Hakuba, Japan!
The Hakuba Valley, 44km west of Nagano City, is close to a large number of winter sports resorts. With an average of 11-13 metres of snow per season, this huge area is a perfect destination for skiers and snowboarders.
In this region we will find a lot of resorts offering varied terrain. Some of them, like Hakuba 47 and Goryu, or Cortina and Norikura, are connected by slopes. The others are Tsugaike Kogen, Iwatake, Happo-One, Kashimayari, Jigatake, and Minekata.
On this half-day tour you can choose the area that you prefer to explore with me. Depending on your wishes, we can enjoy steep slopes, groomed runs, moguls and trees together. As one of the best snowboarders in Japan (ranked 2nd), I can guarantee we will discover an amazing terrain!
Keep in mind that for this trip you need to be at least an intermediate snowboarder and to have a good fitness level. Also, keep in mind that this is not an instructional trip. However, you will have the opportunity to see my movements and improve yours. Furthermore, I will give you some pro tips to become a better rider!

Amazing experience with Myoko local. Go is knowledgable and passionate about the mountain and surrounding area, as well as being a very talented snowboarder.

First time snowboarding at a new mountain can be a little intimidating now multiply that feeling when you are doing it in a different country. That was not the case here, Go Biyajima made me feel like I was riding in my back yard. Go is an excellent rider and really made me feel like it was just another day on the mountain riding with homies. I hope this service gets to reach more people and they would be lucky to select Go Biyajima!
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
