The Quebrada del Yatan is a narrow, stunning valley. It is highlighted by the Yatan river, waterfalls, and several Condor nests, where you can probably see the enormous birds flying in the sky. A sensational, untouched area in the Sierras of Cordoba, it is a wonderful place to explore for people who don’t want to hear city noise, or to be constantly around crowds. It is a wild, quiet, vast, amazing place. And not only will you be spending 2 days hiking through it, you will also get to spend a night camping in it as well, under the stars.
The trip will begin in the small town of La Cumbrecita, which is located near the highest peak in Cordoba, Champaqui hill (2,884m). La Cumbrecita is also only approximately 40 kilometers away from Villa General Belgrano and 118 kilometers from Cordoba city. Hence making this 2 day hike a great addition to any vacation in the province of Cordoba.
Do you love the outdoors? Do you want to hike in a wild, relatively undiscovered place, where you will get to enjoy some solitude? Then this 2 day hike in the Quebrada del Yatan will be perfect for you. To experience it for yourself, just send me a request.
Would you like to explore the south of Argentina? Then join me on this 8 day hiking adventure to the Patagonian ice cap.

I strongly recommend Jorge "Yuyo" for any expedition in Argentina. He has a really impressive experience. So many stories to tell. If you have any problem, he's simply the "Mc Gyver" of the mountain. A great moment to spend in the mountain.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
