Description

Take ice climbing to the next level and come to Scotland for an intense but rewarding performance winter climbing expedition!

Along with simply pulling harder, we will test our physical and mental endurance with a rigorous itinerary of climbing in some of Scotland's most iconic spots.

We are extremely flexible with these programs, so let us know what works best for you. We can decide on the number of depending on your travel plans.

This 3-day sample itinerary is just an example of how things could go. We will begin on day one with a discussion of our plan for the course of your trip with us before heading out to some  typical crags for excellent grade IV+ winter routes.

Among our options will be climbing at Stob Coire nan Lochain and Buachaille Etive Mor in Glencoe and the North Face of Ben Nevis. All of which offer great views and present a worthy challenge.

Later in the afternoon, we will hike out into the Highlands wilderness and make our way to the day's main attraction, climbing any of Tower Ridge, Castle Ridge, Scabbard Chimney and/or North Buttress, among other locations.

On the second day, we head out for more climbing! We will hike out to make our approach and enjoy a challenging climb up any of North East Buttress, Green Gully and/or Crest Route, among others.

On the final day, we head out for the highlight of the trip. Putting our newly acquired skills to the test, we will head out for an ambitious climb of any of  Point Five Gully, Orion Face Direct, The Pumpkin, Gargoyle Wall and/or West Chimney, among many others.

By the time we are done, you will have a solid performance winter climbing foundation upon which to build on future expeditions.
