One of the best ski touring spots in the Dolomites and possibly in all the Eastern Alps is the Marmolada. With its ski runs of more than 1.000 meters, you will enjoy a great skiing day guided by Enrico, a local and IFMGA mountain guide.

1 Day
Jan - May, Dec
Marmolada, the Queen of the Dolomites, is the highest peak of the region. Besides that, the main highlight of this one-day tour is the existing 1300 meters ski run we will enjoy together
As a guide with base in the Dolomites, I can guarantee that ski touring in Marmolada Glacier is a great option for intermediate skiers. Although it has challenging slopes, none of them exceeds 45° of inclination.
If you enjoy skiing challenges, then this 1-day ski touring around the Marmolada Glacier is suitable for you. Take into account that, to take the best from this experience, you will need some prior experience in Backcountry Skiing. Therefore, intermediate technical and physical levels are also mandatory.
The round-trip will take us about 4 to 6 hours. However, I have a wide variety of options for extra skiing days in the Dolomites. Please, contact me and tell me what you are looking for. I’m sure I have the perfect plan for you.
For any other information or if you’re decided and want to book your place, here I will be waiting your message. As an Italian native I’d be proud of leading this ski touring trip among the best spots of the Eastern Alps.

Mountain Guide
I started my career as an aerospace engineer, my first passion and then became a full-time IFMGA mountain guide, my second passion, since 2013. Working as a mountain guide gratifies me a lot. I enjoy very much transmitting my knowledge about the mountains and its activities to my friends and clients.
I’m based in the Dolomites where I have climbed most of the mountain surroundings us here, including “Via attraverso il Pesce” in Marmolada and “Captain sky-hook” in Civetta. I also enjoy a lot guiding in the rest of the Alps, ice climbing, ski touring, freeride skiing, rock climbing and mountaineering.
Feel free to contact me if you want to live a great adventure in the Dolomites or anywhere else in the Alps, during the winter or the summer. It will be a great pleasure for me to guide you and allow you to reach your goal. I work with other mountain guides in the Veneto area, such as Filippo, Massimo, and my brother Daniele. If I am unavailable on the date you are interested in coming climbing, skiing, or engaging in other activities with me, I can connect you with one of them.

It was a pretty awesome experience. If you are ever in the Dolomites and need a guide, don't hesitate to look up Enrico. Though this was my first guided experience, I highly recommend him.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
