Description

Come along this 4-day ski tour in Engelberg. I will guide you across the classic freeride runs in this area, like Galtiberg and Laub. Also, I will take you to some secret, less known powder slopes.

This tour includes long runs of up to 2,000 m, amazing tree skiing and remote powder slopes. While powder snow cannot be guaranteed, you can rest assured I will guide you to the areas where the best snow is at the moment.

First, the specific program of the tour will depend on the snow and weather conditions. Also, the content of the program will depend on the technical skills of the participants as well. Yet, among the possible runs and ski resorts are:

  • Engelberg Tiltis / Brunni

  • Bannalp

  • Haldigrat

  • Klewenalp

  • Sörenberg

  • Pilatus

This tour takes place on the winter season, on Monday to Thursday periods. Plus, accommodation will be in double rooms in a mid-range hotel in Engelberg. Also, breakfast and dinner are included.

Finally, groups on this tour will be between 4 and 8 skiers. Skiers need to have solid off-piste skiing skills and be able to go on 1 hour hiking sessions (with and without skins).

Mountain Guide

I have a Masters in Geology and I am an IFMGA Mountain Guide. Skiing and climbing are my greatest passions. Also, travelling has become a great fascination of mine. What I love most about it is how it always opens up new horizons and possibilities. I love going to different parts of the world, meet new friends, my ski equipment and climbing shoes always ready to go.

Even if I have been climbing and skiing for more than 20 years, I have several pending projects in mind. At the top of my list are: climbing the Cordillera Real in Bolivia, going to the Parinacota volcano in Chile for some amazing ski mountaineering, and going again on a ski road trip through the Andes.

Skiing and climbing challenges never end! Have a look at my different tours. I hope to have you as a guest in one of them soon.
