Would you like to discover what Multi-pitch climbing in Montserrat is all about? Then join me on this exciting and fun day out in the rocks near Barcelona.
Montserrat is just an hour’s drive away from Barcelona, and it is a favorite among rock climbers. On this climbing program, we will explore some of its best multi-pitch routes. Furthermore, you will get to learn and practice how to manage ropes, how to use your body out on the rocks, how to link pitches through belay stations, and how to rappel.
We will meet at around 9 am and head to the climbing area, where after a short trip briefing, we will start climbing. Throughout the day, we will address any difficulties or questions that may arise and work on improving your rock climbing skills. After a fun day of climbing in Montserrat, we will return to Barcelona.
This trip is perfect for those with little rock climbing experience and enough courage to try a safe but still challenging multi-pitch route. Be aware that some areas require to walk up hills or long distances. Therefore, you will need a good fitness level. If you can climb up a stairs two steps at a time, then you are good to rock climb! Also, make sure to let me know in advance of any preferences you might have in order to choose our routes accordingly.

I’ve been formed as a climbed guide since my 3rd year after I got into climbing. My life changed a lot as I made climbing my way to evade from the everyday little bares, and shortly it became my way of life.
Now I work as a climbing guide in Catalonia, Spain. Born in Barcelona, my rock climbing garden is Montserrat, a formidable piece of rock, rich in shapes forms techniques and great atmosphere.
My goal is to make the best trip for my clients, who are mainly tourists. Then, my experiences need to be memorable and unique.
