Description

Come with me to complete the famous “Grand Tour” on Mount Cardigan, New Hampshire. We’ll ski through New England‘s most famous trails, including Mt. Cardigan’s and Mt. Firescrew‘s summits, and enjoy the spectacular views. You’ll fall in love with this place.

We’ll begin ascending Dukes Ski Trail to reach the summit of Mount Firescrew. We’ll then ski through the incredible routes towards the summit of Mount Cardigan. These routes are excitingly filled with variable snow, ice and rock conditions. We’ll then descend through the popular Alexandria ski trail.

This trip is recommended for intermediate skiers with ski mountaineering experience. We’ll probably need some climbing skills and the usage of ice crampons to reach the peak. This trip is also ideal for those looking to gain experience and practice for future trips to places such as the Haute Route or Ortler traverse in the Alps.
