Mountain biking near Madrid, day tours

Did you know that Madrid has lots of MTB trails? Yep, it’s an awesome place for mountain biking, but you need to know where to look. Come with me, and I’ll show you the best spots for mountain biking near Madrid!

We just have to get out of the city a little, in some cases not a lot, and we can be riding through river valleys, lush forests and amazing mountain ranges.

We can head to the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, which is just 1 hour from Madrid city centre. Alternatively, we can stay closer to the city and ride in El Pardo or Casa de Campo. At just ten minutes from the city, these two destinations give us a lot of varied terrain. There are dirt paths, hilly landscapes and long descents. We’ll also be riding through some spectacular landscapes!
