Ideal for in-town biking, Palmer Park has an approximately 12.8 mile long loop trail that is full of fantastic views. Along the trail, you will get to see the Pikes Peak, as well as downtown Colorado Springs. Also, don’t be surprised if you also see plenty of hikers, runners and even horses during your ride.
Despite Palmer Park being located in Colorado Springs, which is the second largest city in the state of Colorado, don’t be surprised if you completely forget you’re riding in an urban center. Surrounded by pine and juniper trees, cactus and yuccas, you will be constantly in the midst of lovely nature.
While the trail you will be riding on is not technically difficult, there are plenty of drops and steep climbs that will keep you engaged.
Since the ride through Palmer Park is not very technical, you don’t have to be an expert level mountain biker. So, as long as you know how to ride a bike and are in good enough physical condition to ride approximately 12.8 miles in a half-day, you can enjoy this wonderful trip.
To participate on this riding adventure in Colorado Springs, all you have to do is send a request. We look forward to hearing from you and guiding you.
