Description

It’s no coincidence that Mount Denali (6,190m), also known as Mount McKinley, looks like a jagged crown. That’s because it is the highest mountain in the entire continent of North America, and one of the biggest mountains in the world. This incredible peak, like other majestic peaks, including Everest and Aconcagua, stands alone. And its isolation only adds to its impressiveness.

As is the case with any mountain of this stature, conquering Denali is no easy feat. It is incredibly challenging. The summit day alone will require between 8 and 14 hours of climbing. As a result, anybody wishing to join this expedition should be an experienced mountaineer and be in excellent physical condition.

Over the course of 22 days, we will make our way to this mighty mountain’s summit. We will be staying in at least 4 different camps found throughout the peak. We will also spend several days resting when needed. Furthermore, we will be stopping often in order for you to properly acclimatize, which is crucial whenever climbing a mountain this enormous.

There is a long list of highlights you will be able to enjoy throughout the climb, including the gorgeous Kahiltna glacier (2,225m) where the trip will begin. However, the real treat is the views you will receive from Denali’s summit. From the summit you will be able to see a huge portion of the incredible Alaskan landscape, along with several amazing peaks in the Alaska range. Some of those peaks include Mount Foraker (5,304m), Mount Huntington (3,731m), and Mount Hunter (4,442m).

Mount Denali is one of the most impressive mountains in the world. As a result, climbing it is an achievement one can be proud of for the rest of their life. So if you would like to join us on this 22 day expedition, all you have to do is send us a request.

Will was great wise and fun to spend the day with.

Phillip

Guide cancelled within 48 hrs and I was unable to find someone else and so far I’ve not been refunded. Put a small dent in my otherwise great trip to Revelstoke.

Lucie

All perfect

Amanda

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
