Description

Boasting five major summits, each of which is more than 4,000 meters (13,100 feet) high, heading on a Monte Rosa climbing adventure is the perfect highlight for your summer!

Over the course of two days, we will head to the easternmost summit on the massif, Punta Gnifetti. In spite of being the smallest of the five peaks – 4,554 meters (14,941 feet) – that compose the massif, it offers a spectacular climbing experience.

Our adventure begins after we meet up at a pre-determined meeting point and head out onto the mountain. We will spend the first day ascending over ice and snow toward the famed Margherita Hut, which is the highest one on the continent.

Starting before dawn on the following day, we will make our summit approach. As we see the sun rise over the Italian Alps to the east, we will pass along the iconic Cresta Signal before arriving at the summit shortly afterwards.

From here, we will enjoy some stunning views out over the rest of the massif, before beginning our descent back to the valley below.

So what are you waiting for? Book now for this scenic and exciting 2-day Monte Rosa climbing to Punta Gnifetti!
