Description

A lot of the trips I offer involve climbing to the summit of a single peak, but on this trip you will have the chance to reach the summit of 2! Those 2 peaks are the Punta Kurz (3,496m) and Mont Brule (3,585m).

Punta Kurz and Mont Brule offer spectacular views. From the summits of these mountains you will be able to see the snow covered Col Collon (3,047m), the 4 kilometre long Arolla glacier, and many other wonderful peaks in the Pennine Alps.

Day 1 of this trip will have us departing from Valpelline up to the Nacamuli/Collon Refuge. The day will involve approximately 3-4 hours of walking. For day 2 of this trip we will first ascend Punta Kurz before traversing to Mont Brule. Finally, after we reach the summit of Mont Brule, we will make our way back down. The second day will take between 8-10 hours for the ascent and descent.

While it might not seem like it when you look up and gaze at these 2 mountains, the climb is not very difficult. Thus making it a great expedition for mountaineering beginners.

I know you will have a great time spending 2 days climbing these two mountains. I also know you will have a great time standing on their summits admiring the incredible scenery. So if that sounds like something you want to do, please send me a message, and let me guide you!

And if you are looking for a one day, easy climbing trip, you can join me on this ascent of the Aiguille De Toula. You can also join me on this ascent of Le Petid Mont Blanc as well. Whichever you choose, I know you will not be disappointed.
