Les Corbieres is located in the Occitanie region in Southern France, close to Carcassonne, Narbonne & Perpignan. It is known worldwide for its wine and vineyards. In this 2-day hike, we’ll discover the best of this massif in the Pre-Pyrenees.
The highlights of the trip include hiking up the highest peak of Les Corbieres, Pic de Bugarach. Rising up to 1230 meters, it offers magnificent views from the summit. And on day 2, we’ll get into the Gorges de Galamus, an impressive 2-kilometre gorge where the Agly river flows.
We’ll meet in Bugarach village, and after reaching Pic de Bugarach we’ll spend the night in La Bastide, a beautiful countryside accommodation. If you prefer to sleep in the wilderness, there’s an alternative to bivouac outdoors if we arrange it beforehand. Day 2 is less strenuous, so we’ll enjoy the river and the gorge before ending the trip.
The hike is open for everyone willing to enjoy this beautiful region, and I’ll do my best to make it an unforgettable experience.

Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
