Description

The Lenin Peak (7,134m) is a spectacular mountain. And despite its intimidating size, it is actually one of the more accessible of the world’s great mountains. Hence making this 20 day expedition something that many experienced climbers can enjoy!

Located right on the border of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, the Lenin Peak is celebrated and admired by both nations. And on this trip, you will get to experience that same kind of admiration as you spend 20 days making your way around and up this great peak.

Beginning in the city of Osh, our journey to the top of the Lenin Peak will be undertaken at a gradual pace. It is my intention that you get more than enough time for proper acclimatization. As a result, your adventure will be far more enjoyable, as your body will be properly prepared for it.

Another amazing aspect of this expedition is that you will not just be climbing  the Lenin Peak. In addition, you will also be climbing 2 more wonderful nearby mountains. Those mountains are the Yukhin peak (5,100m) and the Razdelnaya peak (6,148m). Both of these ascents will further aid you in proper acclimatization as well as preparation for the Lenin Peak ascent. Furthermore, the views you will get from their summits are remarkable.

Other highlights during this trip include a visit to the Petrovsky mountain (4,700m), a visit to the famous lakes of Achik Tash, and a drive along the Pamir Trakt.

All told, this nearly 3 week adventure will create memories that will last a lifetime. So if you want to climb to the summit of the great Lenin Peak, just send me a request, I look forward to guiding you.

I also lead a 21 day trip to the summit of the gorgeous Khan Tengri mountain in the Tian Shan mountain range of Kyrgyzstan as well.

Mountain Guide

Mountains and work in the mountains are major part of my life. I am an IFMGA mountain guide as well as a member of the Kyrgyzstan Mountain Guides Association (KMGA). I started my career in 2006 and it was a logical extension of my mountaineering activities. I organize ascents, ski-touring and free ride programs for my clients in the Caucasus
(including Krasnaya Polyana), Pamir, Tien-Shan, Siberia, Ural, Kola Peninsula. I have climbing experience in the Alps, Alaska and the Chinese Pamirs.

I am a certified mountain rescuer. My priorities are the client's safety along with the success of the ascent.
