Located in the Alps of France, La Grave is situated perfectly for great skiing. And with the help of a cable car that can take you as high as 3,200 meters at the Col des Ruillans, at the foot of the Glacier de la Girose, you will be able to access the large area’s best slopes.
There is an abundance of great descents at La Grave. Some examples include the Meije valley, Chancel, the forbidden zone, Pacave’s Breach, and many more. All of these routes are high up in the mountains. As a result, you will not only get to enjoy long and exciting descents, but amazing views as well!
And if you want to venture further away from the classic routes, there are more challenging options for you as well. Those options include the Combe de Malaval to the north and the Vallon de la Selle and St. Christophe to the south.
Since most of the routes in La Grave have some challenging aspects and are quite demanding, all participants on this day trip should have some prior off-piste skiing experience. It is also important that participants are in good physical condition as well.
Do you want to ski on some of the best slopes in the French Alps? Then La Grave is for you. To enjoy this magnificent place, all you have to do is send me a request. I look forward to helping you find the perfect descent!
I also lead a half day off-piste skiing trip at the Grand Brianconnais as well.
