Description

Like the other official trails on the island of Bonaire, the Kasikunda Trail is a fantastic hiking route.

Located in the Washington Slagbaai National Park, the Kasikunda Trail is a short trail. The entire route is only approximately 2 kilometers round trip, with an elevation of approximately 90 meters. However, while the trail is short, there is still a lot to see, explore and enjoy.

Throughout this half-day trip, you will get to trek to the top of an amazing volcanic hill. From this hill, you will get to enjoy wonderful views of the Washington Slagbaai National Park. Our guides will also provide you with plenty of information about the park’s selection of flora and fauna, the history of the island and much more.

This trek is not very difficult. However, there are some steep sections. As a result, participants on this trip should be good physical condition.
