Multi-Pitch Course on Kalymnos

The only thing better than enjoying multi-pitch rock climbing on one Greek island, is to enjoy it on two! And on this two day adventure, you will get to enjoy some fantastic multi-pitch rock climbing on the islands of Kalymnos and Tenedos.

This 2 day multi-pitch course is aimed to climbers who want to learn all basic rope and safety multi-pitch skills and live an unforgettable climbing experience on Kalymnos. You will get to climb to the top of both Kalymnos and Tenedos on this trip by scaling walls of approximately 150 metres. And from the islands’ pinnacles, you will get to gaze at the same beautiful blue water that has been well documented since the beginnings of Greek Myth.

You will be climbing on various routes from approximately 9:00 am to 4:00 pm each day of this adventure. You will get to learn some new rock climbing skills you didn’t already have. And you will get to improve upon your existing skills as well.

Some examples of what skills you will be working on include anchor building, abseiling, safety rules and risk management. You will also be taught how to select proper equipment, as well as proper breathing and climbing strategy techniques. As a result of these lessons, you will depart the islands of Kalymnos and Tenedos a far more confident climber than you were when you arrived.

It is the ideal destination for a first mutli-pitch experience in safe and enjoyable routes, with a breathtaking view on Telendos island and Aegean sea.

For climbers from 5c level. No multi-pitch climbing experience required. You just have to be in good enough physical condition to make the climbs!
