Kalymnos is a beautiful Greek island with superb views of the Aegean sea. However, what makes the island so special is not just the gorgeous scenery, but also the fantastic rock climbing.

Over a week period, I would like to guide you on a tailormade coached day on Kalymnos designed for people who can climb from a 6b to an 8a level. You should have some previous rock climbing experience and be in good physical condition.

The purpose of this performance coaching day is to help you improve on the skills you have already developed in the past, as well as help you learn new skills. And by the end of the program, you will be able to push yourself more than you thought possible. You will also be more confident while climbing higher and more challenging rock walls. Thus opening you up to countless future climbing opportunities anywhere in the world!

• Proper breathing techniques

• How to properly analyse your climbing progress 

• Learning about proper belaying dynamics for lead climbing and falls

• Developing better movement

While the focus of this trip is challenging rock climbing, you will also get to explore the wonderful island of Kalymnos as well. Just a few of the great highlights of the island and surrounding area includes the Grande Grotta, Kos, Telendos island, Arginota, which you will get to climb, and so much more.
