Description

From May to October, people who have already experienced the adrenaline of canyoning are welcome to join me on this one-day adventure in Val Bodengo!

Located in the North of Italy, Val Bodengo is one of the most famous canyons in Europe and a hidden treasure of the Italian alps. Acclaimed for its charming emerald green pools with crystalline water, this descent is a symphony of water, shapes and colors. Moreover, its 20-25 meter shuttle slide has made this canyon one of the best spots in the country to experience canyoning.

While prior canyoning experience is necessary, you don’t have to be an expert. This trip is designed for those participants who already have some previous experience and are strong swimmers. This one day adventure will last 4 hours and it includes exposed sections and rapid falls of up to 23 meters. Please take into account that I’ll lead this tour for a minimum of 5 people per group.

Gear and technical equipment (possible for rent) : -swimming costume to wear under the wetsuit -spare t-shirt -a towel -For longer routes bring a small snack we can carry in waterproof tins. -If you have one bring along a waterproof camera or Go Pro. It’s possible to rent a GoPro but please bring your own micro SD card.

I have worked as an IFMGA mountain guide for over 10 years and specialise in a wide range of mountain disciplines. My passion for life is sharing mountain adventures with others, and I’m also an active member of the local mountain rescue team.

Before becoming a mountain guide, I worked as nurse for 10 years at Milan ICU.
