Indoor rock climbing in Belgium, Evening sessions for beginners

If you’re looking to begin your love affair with rock climbing then look no further, I am providing ideal beginner’s courses that will have you vertical and smiling!

I am offering between 2-4 indoor classes for beginners, taking place in the evenings and lasting for 3 hours (19:00 – 22:00). I’m offering courses in Brussels, Braine L’alleud and Namur.

A fabulous way to invigorate the mind and body, rock climbing requires and develops a host of attributes. Get ready to improve your technique, dexterity, flexibility, balance, coordination, strength, strategic thinking and perseverance!

Feel free to join up to courses with your family and friends or even colleagues from work – this sport has great team bonding effects!

You can be assured that you will learn all the fundamentals for safe and fun indoor climbing. All the while and at your own pace, you will be building towards your own climbing independence.

I am flexible in my delivery and can shape my classes to the participant’s physical level. We can also move sessions in the direction of climbing skills or technical skills depending on your preferences.
