This full day snowshoeing trip in the Hudson valley is for those who just want to enjoy a relaxing time. There are no arduous obstacles to worry about. There are no difficult trails that require previous experience to worry about either. Instead, on this trip, you will get to casually make your way along approximately 5 miles of clear pathway. And along that pathway, you will get to enjoy stunning views of the area’s frozen lakes and dense forests. You will also have the chance to see the Catskills mountains and the Shawangunk ridge.
This trip can be enjoyed during the winter and autumn seasons. So if you prefer to see a blanket of pure white snow comfortably covering the wilderness, then the winter will be perfect. And if you prefer to venture through a collection of trees with leaves of every colour you can imagine, then join us during the autumn. But we are confident that no matter which season you choose, you will leave feeling fulfilled.
Another great highlight of this trek through the Hudson valley is the cider mill located along the route. At the mill you will have the chance to enjoy a wonderful tour, while also savouring the refreshing taste of locally created hard cider.
If you are looking for a relaxing and leisurely trip through a beautiful natural area, the Hudson valley is a fantastic option. The views are great. The trail is inviting. And the cider is delicious. To participate, all you have to do is send us a request. We’ll be happy to guide you!
