In this 5-day hiking trip, we'll traverse the most beautiful part of Alta Via 1 (Av1). This is a very popular long distance trail in the Dolomites, also known as High Route.
Our starting point will be Alleghe, an Italian village in the province of Belluno. From there, we'll take a lift to Pian di Pezze hut and take our first via ferrata.
Each day we'll be taking different secured climbing routes, enjoying the wonderful views of the Dolomites peaks and valleys. Besides, we'll reach the summit of Mt Civetta (3220 m), one of the highest peaks of this mountain range. During the night, we'll stay in mountain huts.
You can have a look at the whole itinerary below this description.
This programme is ideal for beginners. However, it's important to be in a good shape as well as having some previous experience in via ferrata. If that's not exactly your case, I can adapt the length and level of the trip according to your skills.
