Hiking trip in the Bernese Alps, north Switzerland

Join me on this superb hike in the pastures of the Bernese Jura in northern Switzerland!

The famous farms of the Bernese Alps are perfectly inserted into the regional landscape. The owners of the premises, known as sharecroppers, are known for their delicious dishes which they cook from their own productions. Participants will be able to taste their unique gastronomy, like Alpine cheeses, dried meat or gentian.

During this hiking adventure, we will dive into the heart of the Chasseral Nature Park, a place where the rich cultural heritage and monuments of the region are preserved. This will be the ideal place to dive into the legends of the region, along the way we will discover the signs of a culture attached to strong values: the spoken word (oral contract), the completed work, the franchise.

On our way back we will stop at the Anabaptists Bridge. This gateway will symbolize the return of a hike that has highlighted the ancestral times in the present, a society in search of tradition and authenticity.

Keep in mind that we will walk for about 4 hours and we may have positive elevations of about 340 meters with distances of 10 to 12 km. This trip will be ideal for nature lovers!
