Hiking & Photography in Gran Paradiso

Description
When people think of the Alps, they imagine mountains, summits and glaciers… but there is also wildlife. Animals live and move in this restrictive environment and must adapt to living in these mountains. Gran Paradiso Natural Park is a fantastic place to observe them. We will spend 2 of the 4-5 days doing so.
I propose here a hiking and photography journey revolving around wildlife in the Alps. During these days we will try to see alpine fauna including chamois, ibex, marmots and some bird species. Moreover, if we are lucky, we might be able to find other animals.
Day 1 : Welcome
You will get to your hotel and get settled in the late afternoon.
Day 2 : Refuge
We leave towards Italy for two days in the Gran Paradiso Park to encounter wildlife. We will go up to the refuge with our backpacks, looking for animals and taking pictures. We spend the night at the refuge.
Day 3 : Return to France
This new photography day will be in the mountain environment, wherever the presence of animals takes us. We take the direction of the valley before returning to France.
Day 4 : Ibex
Today in our itinerary we attempt a new approach to the ibex and, why not, meeting the bearded vulture!!!
Day 5 : Marmot
Familiar and friendly emblem of the mountain, the marmot is a small mammal that only thinks of eating and playing with its fellows. So stay tuned!!!
Day 6: Departure
After breakfast, we say goodbye and take home with us pictures of animals… and some landscapes.

To carry: your photography equipment for the day. On day 2 you will carry your backpack with clothing for the next day. Pricing is per person, on a 4-people base.

Mountain Leader
I'm an international mountain leader (UIMLA) working the all year round in the mountains with different types of clients. I love sharing my expertise, knowledge and passion for nature with people who wants to enjoy a good time in the mountains. We can go from 1/2 to several days together.
I will let you discover the mountains, the nature and the fauna. I particularly enjoy approaching animals, you should come and experience it with me. I'm also organizing specific hikes for photographers which allow us to see the environment and humans differently.
My specialties are photography and handicapped people who I bring up there !
I also enjoy travelling abroad because I love discover new things and learn from new cultures.
