Would you like to discover the most amazing spots in the Tatra mountains? Then join me on this 4-day hut to hut High Tatras Slovakia hiking adventure.
On this 4-day program, we will discover the best of the Slovak Tatras: rocky summits, beautiful blue lakes, and stunning wilderness. Every day, we will set off early and enjoy walking through the mountains and arriving at different enchanting rest spots where we will recover, only to set off on another amazing adventure the next day. You can find a detailed itinerary below.
Keep in mind that although this is a relaxed trekking program, we will walk 7 to 8 hours per day. Therefore, you will need a good fitness level. Furthermore, there will be one technical passage with chains and small ladders so you also need to be comfortable with heights. Of course, I will be there to help and guide you.

Itinerary
Day 1: Tatry Bielskie
We start in Zdiar and we will pass through Tatry Bielskie- a beautiful range just before the High Tatras- from where we will have amazing views of the highest Tatras’ peaks. We will spend the night in a hut just next to Zelone Pleso- one of the most beautiful lakes in the Tatras.
Day 2: Lomnicky Stit-Mala Studena Dolina
In the first part of the day, we will traverse one of the highest Tatras’ peaks- Lomnicky Stit. Then, in the second part of the day, we will ascend Mala Studena Dolina and we will reach Teryho Chata where we will find a spirit of the high mountains.
Day 3: Priecne Sedlo
We will begin the ascent to Priecne Sedlo- it will be the most technical part of our trek. Then, we will enjoy descending through a beautiful, harsh landscape. A stop near a hut and lake and the way through rocky passes just in front of Gerlach- the highest peak of Tatras, to Sliezky Dom where we will spend the night.
Day 4: Return
We will head to the Lake Batizovskie Pleso and start our way down to the main road in Slovak Tatras. Transfer to the Lake Strbske Pleso and rest on the lake after our hike.

I am UIMLA Beskidy Mountain Guide based in Poland where I lead guided trips, in addition to offering programs in the Alps, the Caucasus Mountains and in Central Asia.
I have spent the last 15 years following my passion of exploring mountains around the world, and have turned this passion into a regular job which allows me to share with my clients everything I have learnt. I am constantly improving my mountaineering skills to ensure the safety and comfort of my clients. Additionally, I continue to explore remote mountain regions, especially in Asia where tourism is not yet common.
