The Futaleufú River is one of the many highlights of Patagonia’s astonishing scenery, and I will lead you on this wickedly fun and enthralling half-day of rafting down the river, with the rapids, tranquil sections and surrounding natural environment all adding up to a brilliant and memorable day on one of the best rafting rivers in the world.
The Futaleufú River is located in Northern Patagonia, on the Chilean side, and is world-renowned for being one of the best whitewater rafting rivers on Earth. Its clear and clean water is fed from glacial snowmelt and it has a river gorge that drops down to 1700m.
Meeting in the town itself of Futaleufú, it is then a short drive down to the river, where we will run through all relevant safety information and dispense all the needed gear. During the subsequent few hours there will be thrills, spills and highlights galore, with the truly awesome and fun rapids of Mas o Menos and Casa de Piedra.
The rapids and routes we tackle are designed for maximum fun. We take all the necessary precautions to make sure your trip is both enjoyable and safe. Additionally, there will be ample time throughout the trip to relax and admire the absolutely stunning scenery and raw natural beauty of Patagonia either side of us, with the majestic Condors flying above us, adding to the epic setting.
After we finish, we hope you will have fallen even more in love with this part of the world, as well as gotten hooked on the highly addictive activity of rafting.

At the end of the Bridge to Bridge section you’ll have the chance to continue your adventure down the stunning Futaleufú river with some of the most spectacular rapids, such as the Mas o Menos and Casa de Piedra, class V rapids with loads of water… so be ready for a full adrenaline surge! As always, we’ll choose the best, most fun and safest lines to run. At the end of our adventure, if you are lucky, you’ll have the chance to spot the majestic flight of the Condor.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. The multi-pitch route we did was not only fun but also the right amount of challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The communication from the team (Gauthier) was prompt and clear—highly recommend!

Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area.
