During this half-day mountain biking excursion, you will get to explore the beautiful Stelvio National Park in Lombardy, Italy.

Surrounded by stunning peaks, valleys, rivers, forests and more, biking through the Stelvio National Park is like travelling through a natural wonderland. Every corner and every path will present you with an abundance of wonderful things to see and appreciate.

Our trip will start at the Vezza d’Oglio. From there, we will go up to the Grano hamlet. We will continue along the main road until we reach Risolina. From there, we will continue on through a fir forest until the views of the Val Grande open up. We will then continue on, crossing the river and going through the town of Le Ai.

As we continue on, we will bike to the Church of Caret and the Val Grande Hut, where you can relax and take a break. Afterwards, we will continue on to Saverio Occhi Bivouac at the Plas de l’asen. At this point, you can really take in a gorgeous 360 degree panoramic view of the spectacular natural landscape. We will then make our way back to the starting point.

Participants on this trip should be in good physical condition. You should also have some prior mountain biking experience.

Trip and guide were superb! Two things that should have been better: 1. I missed a more detailed describtion with an itinerary - I started the trip without exactly knowing what the plan is, since there are several options of doing the via delle Bocchette. 2. platform of explore-share: Before doing any booking I always have questions and want to clarify or specify things. But your platform seems to know only booking or not booking, although there is the questions/inquery button. Even when using this you're harrassed with booking reminders and your questions doesn't get answered! I don't know how often I stopped the booking process because of that! It just doens't help too much, when you're only able to get your answeres after the booking! Please, please make that better!

Robert

Our guide Renzo went above and beyond! He adapted perfectly to our level of experince and fitness, took us on an amazing scramble around thr mountains, and even took lots of photos and made coffee for us!

Richard

A very interesting tour of Piz Bernina with a mixture of snow/glacier and rock climbing. Definitely not easy though and requires a good head for heights. Renzo is a very good guide and has an excellent knowledge of the area and the climbing sections. As a result, we were able to quickly climb the final section from the hut and had the summit all to ourselves.
