Day guided hike around Montserrat Natural Park

Hiking is one of the most unique and fun ways to discover places. I invite you to follow me on this day guided adventure around the historic mountain range of Montserrat!

Montserrat Natural Park is just 50 kilometres away from the exciting city of Barcelona in the northeastern region of Catalonia. This delightful mountain range is a religious landmark and natural paradise which attracts hikers, nature admirers and history lovers year round. 

Depending on the season we can adapt our hiking itinerary. We can make the circular route longer or taking few shortcuts in order to enjoy more this spectacular hike, less frequented than the normal routes.

There are several options, according to the fitness and experience level of the participants:

ROUTE 1 (difficulties from 1 to 2): Everyone can come! – Duration of the hike: 2 hours. Fantastic views from the Monastery Complex and the rounded conglomerate needles around it.
ROUTE 2 (Difficulties can go from 3 to 4): A bit more challenging, We’ll reach the top of this beautiful mountain, called St Jeroni. We’ll take it easy so everyone can enjoy it. Duration 5 hours approximately.

There are other routes with similar difficulty levels but less crowded which can be done around the same massif. Let me know your expectations and I’ll share them with you so we can adapt the itinerary!
