Description

Come to picturesque Stowe, Vermont and try something a bit different this winter!

Join one of our experienced guides for a short but memorable 1.5 hour guided snowshoe tour around the quaint little resort town.

Located right near Mt Mansfield State Forest and Green Mountain State Forest, we’ll have plenty of scenic options from which to choose.

We can head along the Lake Mansfield Trail and make our way up to Nebraska notch. Along the way, we’ll pass some waterfalls and a couple of scenic overlooks. We might even get the chance to see a moose!

Another option is to follow the Haselton Trail to the Nose. This was also affords some scenic overlooks. It’s a bit more remote than the Lake Mansfield Trail, so we’ll be able to have some of the forest all to ourselves.

As we go along on our brisk trip, our experienced guides will be able to give you some pointers in order to improve your snowshoeing technique, making it easier for you to head out on your own snowshoeing adventures in the future!
