Rock climbing in the Canadian Rockies is definitely a must if you love the discipline. You cannot miss the chance to climb these great walls in such a stunning scenery!
The natural beauty of the region is remarkable. Furthermore, the wilderness is particularly well preserved, making this program even more special.
We will be in the area of the Jasper and Banff National Parks. This is where most of the routes are concentrated. In fact, it is one of the preferred destinations in Canada for multi-pitch rock climbing. The walls consist of limestone and quartzite.
The options in the region are endless. Here I list some of my favourites, but it is just an indication, let me know what you have in mind! I really like:
– Tower of Babel
– Grand Sentinel
– Lake Crags (Lake Louise)
– Tunnel Mountain
– Kanga cliff
– Cougar creek
– Grassy lakes
– Kid Goat
– Wasootch Slabs…
This program can be adapted to the climbing skills of your group. We can go single-pitch or multi-pitch rock climbing. I will also take into account to design the program whether you want to improve specific skills or simply spend a fun day on the rocks. And I can make it a one-day or multi-day program depending on your wishes.
Interested in exploring the wonderful walls of the Canadian Rockies? Then wait no further, book this trip now! It will be my pleasure to guide you there. And in the winter, the ice climbing terrain is outstanding! You can learn more about it in my Canadian Rockies ice climbing program.
