The Gorro Frigi Climb by Regular Route

The Gorro Frigi is a rocky summit located in the eastern side of Montserrat, reaching an altitude of 1.153 meters. It is the westernmost and the highest mountain of Tebes. 

What I want to propose you is a climbing day up to The Gorro Frigi summit via its normal route. That trail is also known as “The Estasen Route” because Lluis Estasen was the first climber to reach the top.

The regular or Estasen Route is a short climb of 100 meters high. What’s more, it does not present technical difficulty so that you will get the summit without problems.

And the best part comes once at the top of the Gorro Frigi. From there you can enjoy a great and unforgettable viewpoint of Montserrat. It includes the Santa Maria Valley, the Monastery and many other peaks and creeks of the area.
