Description
It is impossible to mention Nepal without evoking imagery of the world's tallest and most formidable mountain, Everest! One of the best ways to get out and experience its majestic beauty is by heading on an Everest View Trek!
Over the course of 10 days, we will head from Kathmandu into the wilderness of Sagarmatha National Park, enjoying plenty of stunning views of Mount Everest and many other prominent Himalayan peaks as we go.
Each morning of the trek, we will wake up with some morning yoga. The Himalayan wilderness is the perfect place to stretch your body and mind in search of some inner zen.
Our adventure begins after you fly into Kathmandu and then (the following day) onto Lukla. From here, we will strike out into the Himalayan wilderness, hiking through thick rhododendron forests, over roaring rivers and past traditional Sherpa villages.
Among the many highlights of the trip is hiking up to the Everest view hotel in Namche Bazaar, where we will get some of the best available views of Mount Everest.
The following day, we will hike on to the world-renowned Tengboche Monastery, from which we will have incredible views of Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, Thamserku and Kwangde peak.
Once our trek has come to its end, we'll return to Kathmandu for a farewell dinner at a traditional Nepalese restaurant and head out on a sightseeing tour, on which we will visit three UNESCO World Heritage sites: the Monkey temple, Pashupatinath, Boudhnath and Kathmandu Durbar square.

- For groups of 10 or more people the cost of the trip is $1060/person. Please note that meals in Kathmandu are not included. Yoga mat rental is included.
Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival
After flying into Tribhuvan International Airport, you will meet one of our representatives and transfer to the hotel.
Day 2: Kathmandu to Lukla (2886m) to Phakding (2640m)
We will take a morning flight to Lukla and begin trekking to Phakding, making a gentle climb along the left bank of the Dudh Koshi.
Day 3: Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m)
After some morning yoga, we will hike toward Namche Bazaar. As we go, we will cross the Dudh Koshi on a suspension bridge and begin ascending into Sagarmatha National Park. Once we arrive in Namche Bazaar, we will get our first great views of Mount Everest.
Day 4: Namche Bazaar
We will spend the day acclimatizing in Namche Bazaar. We will do some yoga in the morning before hiking up to the Everest view hotel in the afternoon to get some incredible views out over the mountains.
Day 5: Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3860m)
After some morning yoga, we will spend 5 to 6 hours hiking on to Tengboche. En route, we will enjoy some incredible views of Everest and other iconic Himalayan peaks. Prior to arriving at the village, we will visit the renowned Tengboche Monastery and enjoy even more astounding views from this incredible spot.
Day 6: Tengboche to Monjo
After some morning yoga, we will descend toward Monjo, enjoying more panoramic views of the Himalayas as we go.
Day 7: Monjo to Lukla
After some morning yoga, we will hike for 5 to 6 hours until we arrive in Lukla. As we go, we will pass through some rhododendron forests and pass by several traditional villages and monasteries too.
Day 8: Lukla to Kathmandu
We will fly from Lukla back to Kathmandu in the morning. You will have the afternoon free and then we will go out for our farewell dinner to a traditional Nepalese restaurant.
Day 9: Kathmandu
After some morning yoga, we will go out on a tour of Kathmandu and visit the city’s three UNESCO World Heritage sites.
Day 10: Departure
After some morning yoga, you will transfer to the airport and fly home.
