Located in the heart of the Préalpes d’Azur Regional Natural Park, Courmes is a fascinating location to go hiking all year round. With really stunning panoramic views, this hiking adventure is sure to capture your heart.
Along the way, we’ll experience nature and the secrets of a karstic geology, such as the Cave of the Fumada and its concretions or the flowering of the peonies, a fascinating pink flower. We’ll also be able to relish views of Puy of Tourettes and the Plateau of Saint Barnabé. At the end of the hike we’ll have the possibility to visit the lovely village of Courmes for a lunch around a bonfire.
This trip is ideal for all outdoor lovers. Keep in mind that we’ll be hiking for five hours and gaining an elevation of around 800 meters. That’s why I recommend this trip for hikers in good physical condition.

I booked a tour with Fabrice on late May, definitely the highlight of my holiday, we went on a hike around Casterino It was a relaxed hike with great sights of mountain forests and lakes, I got to see some of the local fauna and flora of the park, ibex, marmots, chamois, although not as much as they would be in the area, possibly because of the wolfs (we saw some footprints). Overall it is a great way to see the surroundings. I would definitely recommend Fabrice as a guide for your next hike!
