Meeting in the afternoon in the Marina of Cassis. Accommodation in the boat, safety briefing by the skipper and check of the personal climbing equipment by the Mountain Guide. Dinner in Cassis and first night on the boat in the Marina.
After breakfast on board we will put to sea and very quickly reach the Calanque d’En Vau, maybe the most evocative of the 3 fiords that we will climb. Once we will have anchored the boat we will go to the shore on the tender. The first pitches are just on the side of the beautiful beach of En Vau. We will start climbing and get to know the climbing skills of everybody and make sure that we are all knowledgeable with the safety procedures. Then we will review the multiple pitches procedures like the belay knots, behavior and repelling technique. We then go back to the boat and the skipper will give the first lesson on the basic concepts of sailing. Dinner on the boat.
The day will be a blend of sailing and climbing. We will make 2 groups depending on the climbing skills. One will go to shore and climb with the mountain guide in the morning and sail with the skipper in the afternoon, while the other group will do the opposite. In the late afternoon we will sail to the Calanque of Sormiou, dinner on the boat.
We will all climb together on single pitches trying to improve the technique on both vertical and slight overhanging walls. It will also be the chance for everyone to start leading. When arms and hands are too tired we will go back to the boat for a snack and a second practical sailing lesson. Dinner in a small beach restaurant.
Another day alternating sailing and climbing groups. In the evening we will move to the Calanque of Morgiou. Dinner on the boat
Last day for climbing and it will be the chance to try out all what we have learned on a multiple pitch wall. Everybody will have the chance to lead in concert with the Mountain Guide. You will have the same chance of putting into practice the sailing lessons while sailing back to Cassis. It will be time for a nice dinner in a small restaurant to celebrate the end of the trip.
Breakfast on the boat, packing up and everybody will be free to go back to their normal lives with some new unforgettable experiences

I've been alpine guide since 1992, this profession has allowed me to realize my dream: to see the world, I accompanied for work, groups on the 5 continents.
The last challenge was to join the world of the mountain with the world of the sea, with my friend skipper Paolo, we founded mountain sailing and we propose climbing and sailing and trekking and sailing. Two totally different worlds with many aspects in common, a new extraordinary adventure.

Climbing with guide Guillaume was absolutely a highlight of my 2-week Europe vacation. Originally, we were planning on climbing in the Calanques, but the park was closed due to wind and fire danger. Guillaume chose another amazing location (Pic de Bretagne) based on my climbing abilities and preferences and kindly offered train station pick-up and hotel drop off, which I appreciated very much. The multi-pitch route we did was not only fun but also the right amount of challenge, which I thoroughly enjoyed. The communication from the team (Gauthier) was prompt and clear—highly recommend!

Luis Silva was a great climbing guide and belayer! He taught me how to do moves that were difficult and encouraged me to try routes that were challenging for me! Because of his encouragement, I managed to complete these routes! I really enjoyed the climbs and completed 8 routes in the Sesimbra/Azoia area. The weather was perfect, no direct sun and cool enough to enjoy the climbs. Explore-Share made booking an outdoor climbing experience in Lisbon extremely easy. Luis, our guide, was fantastic, and the platform’s organization was flawless.

Patrick was a great guide. He took us on an intermediate Via Ferrata at Passo Sella. Renato was quick to respond with any outreach on the Explore-Share platform. The booking process was straightforward, and once Patrick was confirmed, all went well. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend the platform.
