Climbing Aiguille Verte via Aiguille du Moine

I propose a 3-day climbing program to the emblematic Aiguille Verte of the French Alps. It is 4122 meters high and from its top, it is possible to appreciate incredible views of the Mont Blanc range.

Some of the highlights of this amazing climbing program are the following:

• Great climb with varied terrain (snow, rock, ice)

• It’s a mythical summit full of fascinating stories. Also lies in a really beautiful and natural setting .

• Guiding by an IFMGA certified mountain guide with prior experience in multi-pitch climbing.

The ascent has a high technical difficulty due to the varied terrain (rock, snow, ice). That’s why is important that climbers that want to participate have a very good physical condition.

The ascent will be done via the Aiguille du Moine. Find below some details about this 3-day program:

During the first day we will hike up to Le Refuge du Couvercle where we will spend 2 nights. The climb will take place on the second day. It’s a demanding ascent, but once on the top we will appreciate the beauty of the landscapes surrounding. The arrival to the summit provides you with an extraordinary feeling!

The descent, by the same itinerary, still requires as much energy as the ascent. We will spend a second night in the refuge. On the third and last day, we’ll finish our descent to take the Montenvers train and lastly return to home.
