Starting from Kathmandu, this adventure takes you onto the rushing Trishuli River, into the jungle at Chitwan and on a mini trekking excursion in Pokhara!
The fun begins after you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfer to the hotel. The night will be spent exploring a local market in Kathmandu.
The next day, we will transfer to Chitwan National Park. On the way, we’ll get our adrenaline pumping and go rafting on the Trishuli River.
Afterwards, we will continue to the national park, where we will get to go out on a safari, seeing some endangered Nepalese wildlife such as elephants and the one-horned rhino. We will then have a cultural experience in the traditional Tharu Village.
After we’ve explored Chitwan National Park, we will continue our tour and head on to Pokhara. In this stunningly scenic mountain town we will get up close to the Hinalayas and enjoy the best views of the entire trip.
On our first full day in Pokhara, we will wake up early and drive to Sarangkot in order to see the sunrise over the Himalayas, which is really quite incredible. The rest of the day will be spent visiting various points of interest.
The following day, we will head out on a mini-trek. After driving up to Dhampus, we will head out through the sublime wilderness and on to Australian camp, spending the night in a traditional tea house.
We will the have one more free day in Pokhara before transferring back to Kathmandu, where we will do some last minute sightseeing before it is time to take you back to the airport.
